QUICK, INTENSE, VARIED WORKOUTS
The WODS, (Work OUT OF THE DAY) are different every day. They can be scaled down to meet you where you are at in your road to physical fitness. Every session is led by a caring and dedicated instructor, who will help you with your goals, form, and motivation.
FULL BODY STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
NO work out, builds more stamina, and full body strength than our WOD. The diversification of the WODS, results in muscle confusion, which eliminates platauing in fitness training. It has been said the true test of physical fitness is the High Endurance Test. We at LiveIT have the test papers.
Every single WOD exercise engages the abdominal muscles. The CORE is vital to overall fitness, as it is the body's powerhouse. A well developed CORE, allows athletes to complete all other fitness exercises correctly...optimizing overall outcome.
INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING
Until you are confident with doing WOD's on your own, you will work out under the watch of one of our instructors, who will make sure you have the proper form and technique. There are scheduled WOD sessions several times a day, where an instructor leads a group through the training exercises.
